  3. If we want stability in the middle east as much as we say we do, then we should recognize there have been plenty of missed opportunities. Look at the situation in Egypt. We should be supporting the Egyptian military against the Muslim Brotherhood. Why, because this would give us a chance to deter terrorist groups from taking control of the country and maintain stability. What did Obama do, the exact opposite. In the late 70's we should have backed the Shaw who was more moderate and reform minded. Once again, we missed the boat. Just think of all the trouble we could have been spared. Obviously, this would not apply to every country in the region. But, we must seize the opportunities when they present themselves.

  6. How interesting: Egyptian "Courts" ban the Muslim Brotherhood… and Obama "courts" the Muslim Brotherhood. At times like this is would be better to be in Egypt.
