  7. it is forbidden to judge a person after his death… I say WE SHOULD ALL PRAY !!! for this young soul who is a Tzadick (he has no blame of sin on his soul until he is Bar Mitzvah) we should cry for his parents and family…. and you should cry for yourself, because as we judge, we are also judged !!! Ha-Shem gives us all the time in the world to become what H-e wishes, and you dare to criticise this young soul… you should be ashamed of yourself… I would suggest you beg forgiveness to the parents of this child and to Ha-~Shem, may H-e forgive you !!!!!

  8. The tragic consequence of running out into the street in a city such as NYC…and for a ball, no less!  Maybe sidewalk ball playing should be prohibited…simply made illegal, for the protection of children. and neighborhoods start providing protected playing areas .  Of COURSE, no summons was given:  (no sarcasm intended). It wasn’t the driver’s fault.  What parent in their right mind allows their child to play ball on the street in a place like NYC?

  11. Leah Sonsino We all know that to play in the gutter is dangerous especially when there are numerous parks including Prospect Park to play in. Running into the gutter chasing a ball shows downright stupidity especially if our young hero was not looking in both directions. Now you want me to fell sorry for his stupidity?
