Regardless, Israel’s leaders will continue to delude themselves into thinking there is a solution to the millions of genocidal Arab Muslims illegally permitted west of the Jordan River other than the only truly effective AND compassionate solution, their repatriation to Jordan & Egypt. So far, Israel’s leaders have shown no desire to do so but are quite content to continue to allow instead the maiming, murder, & loss of properties that have been the fate of tens of thousands of innocent people. Israel’s leaders: those kind to the cruel are cruel to the kind.
Only an overhaul of Israel’s political system, the worst in the western world (a democratically elected dictatorship) can save Israel from its lifelong politicians, some of whom, like Peres, having been at the highest levels of govt. for many decades, who very well give far, far more aid & comfort to Israel’s enemies than to Israel.

At least there is proof about the misuse of materials….AND no misunderstanding about Hamas'. I would stop the cement passing through the bordes for a significant period of time.

This asks for a full closure of Gaza…no water, no electricity, no fuel, no health care in Israeli hospitals etc….NOTHING! Creation of a 2 km. buffer-zone over the security fence…every single aggression, rocket etc from Gaza should be met with a huge "disproportionate" response…make the price-tag of terrorism so high that even the most fanatics of them will think twice before attacking Israel again…
The arabs are a nation of liars thieves and murderers. They will steal from their own people. They will murder their own people. They certainly lie to each other. When will the Israeli government wake up to the fact that arabs do not want peace They will settle for nothing less than the total destruction of Israel and that’s not going to happen. As for the rest of the world, we do havr some friends out there. For the rest they want the same as the arabs. Time to tell them to go to hell.

Agree with Michael Dar, cut them off completely, see how they manage. Gaza is full of terrorists and Israel can handle their rockets daily. International Press need to be made aware. Never anything on European News all my info comes from Israel who have nothing to gain by accommodating Gaza or the so called West Bank other than trouble and attacks. The EU is now back in the hands of Merkel who does not tolerate fools lightly and nor does German forget her crime against Jews during WWII.

Dov Grauman I agree, but Israel is taking a big chance by telling those who want Israel’s destruction, as the world will see Israel as being arrogant and not wanting peace, it is very difficult. But eventually it will come to that, as it is written that G-d will gather all the nations against Israel, and He Himself will fight for them, so that the whole earth will see His glory, that He has loved Israel but am not sure if it is the right time yet. as it will be in G-d’s time.

Stefan Metodijev , releasing a clear statement that the EU erred would be a nice start. Taking Hamas – publicly -to task for abusing the EU's support would be a great follow-up. Expressing support for Israel's decision to halt further building materials from reaching Gaza … Pie-in-the-Sky?
*Thom Weishampel promoted to the position of Adviser to the Anti-Hamas-Tunnel Squad* I Love your suggestion! Place No 2 goes to 'catching them as they emerge' I wonder if the Israelis entertained these ideas? Maybe the long-term benefit of making it public was a wiser decision … nah … when did Israel EVER get credit for her moderate actions?
