  4. How in the world Christians would substitute God for Allah. This is idolatry.

  5. For those asking why would Christians use "Allah" instead of God!

Many Christians in Malaysia speak only the Malay language. In Malay, "god" translates to "Allah". For more than 500 years, some Christians in Malaysia have been referring to their god as "Allah".

BTW: The word "God" is Germanic in origin. Why would non-English/German speaking Christians use a German word?

In addition, Jesus spoke Aramaic. In Aramaic, the word for god is "Elah".

  7. I was about to make a joke about this silly law before I realized how the chain of events works in situations like this. First, you're denied the right to say a single word. Then, you're denied the right to assemble and to run a business. And before you know it, you're being rounded up with your family and friends before being denied the right to live. That's not to say that a good deal of people in Malaysia haven't already been denied the right to live by violent mobs of religious fanatics….the government just hasn't caught up to the population yet. You guys know better than me how these things turn out though.
