  1. I hope Israel will boycott this weapon from all those nations who boycott Israel. Go buy sand from your Arab friends.

  6. Oh dear! – - Whenever ANY nation develops new systems it is not long before the terrorists get hold of it. … They will then be able torch all of Israel in a line-of-sight manner. … Now Israel MUST have the high-ground and MUST keep its walls. … It will only be the hills that will protect it. … Then, of course, they will put it in unmanned drones or lighter-than-air vehicles and all bets will be off. … This development was very predictable; it is also something that will stir pride in those that developed it (for a while) but I predict that such weapons will become totally disastrous – - Imagine one in a satellite scorching any and every city at will with ZERO warning. … Are you all still proud and excited? … This is definitely in the "Rachah" category I am afraid.

  8. The Israeli DNA pool is brilliantly deep with intelligence. Being God's people doesn't hurt either . . .

  9. I agree that defensive measures should be kept a little more secret, if that's possible these days. I hesitate to say anything about it in a public forum, but with the right imagination, it may not take much of a modification to bypass certain security measures, but I'm sure this has been discussed at length already by the experts. Very cool tech, and very important, and the guy worrying that lazers will be mounted to satellites doesn't need to worry too much right now…until we create a ZPM or a cold-fusion reactor, lazers won't have the power to vaporize entire cities, but then again, with the right imagination and expertise, there's a way around anything.

Humans are mostly water, and as such, they usually seek the path of least resistance.
