Nu, Who Won?‏

.

I’m going to be honest, no surprise, and tell you that I just don’t think that Israel won this war or this round of the ongoing war between us and the Gazan Arab terrorists who have been terrorizing Israel and Israelis for well over a decade.

It’s rather peculiar for me to be agreeing with Hamas:

“Gaza is Free”. Hamas’ “Victory” Videos

and:  Hamas declares victory as Israel withdraws from Gaza under U.S. pressure

TEL AVIV — Israeli infantry and armored units have been withdrawing from the Gaza Strip amid plans to suspend the offensive against Hamas and its Palestinian militia allies. The Israeli military said it was close to demolishing all of Hamas’ weapons tunnels, including those that penetrate Israel.

“Our understanding is that our objectives, most importantly the destruction of the tunnels, are close to completion,” military spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner said. The withdrawal came amid U.S. pressure for an immediate and unilateral ceasefire by Israel. During the 25-day campaign, at least five Israeli ceasefires were violated by Hamas in which nearly a dozen soldiers were killed and another abducted. “It has failed to achieve any of its goals and would be a clear defeat for the occupation army and for its leaders,” the Hamas bloc in the Palestinian Legislative Council said. “Gaza resisted, endured and will achieve victory.”

The State of Israel isn’t willing to take over Gaza. We keep on doing “maintenance work” to make life livable for Israelis in the south. There are now going to be more shelters, protected rooms etc. This is the real-life version of the joke I’ve blogged before:

For years Israeli governments have been enacting the punchline of the old joke about how various nations react to the news that G-d will be flooding the world again, in “two months.” While the other nations try to figure out how to send maximum numbers of people out in spaceships and the like the Israeli says: “Now we have two months to learn how to live underwater.”

It’s no longer funny. It’s very depressing.

Just a few days ago, the media here was full of interviews and quips by soldiers saying how determined they are to finish the job. Now, we see the soldiers happy to get home. Commentators remind us to turn on the hot water boiler, so there will be enough water for good baths and long showers.

The media just can’t control what the various mayors and others who will have to take responsibility down south are saying. They’re not buying it. They know that many residents are house-hunting in safer places.

Sorry, but I’m not in the mood for an upbeat blog post tonight.

  1. Look at the truth that says everything you bunch of hypocrites … all the demonstrations against Israel they are Arabs around the world or Uneducated people who are jealous of the strength of Israel and we do not give a **** … sane world stands with us so eat your heart out

You can ignore the facts but those who fired near schools, clinics, hospitals and residential area was Hamas, and he responsible for all the killing of a citizen in gaza … we Israelis are shocked from the appearance of a Suffering child in Gaza or killed Because Hamas does not cares about him…you can say the same for the other side? Not

Palestinians should tell us thanks for this we do not solve the problems of terrorism as the Russians … we compassionate … even though I do not like to see children suffer from Gaza, who endangered them and shot near them is Hamas …in war civilians are killed all over the world, Americans and rebels in Arab countries killed many more civilians then us. fact

    Palestinians are the only terrorists
Who deliberately blows up among the children and women to kill them those Arabs that celebrating this … who is looking for to stab, kill, kidnap Israeli citizens are Arabs … not hobbits … Most of the “difficult” pictures from Gaza were from Syria and other Arab countries you kill yourself and make yourself terrorism and complain to us?

Second intifada beginning in September 2000. Most marked success was the main Palestinian terrorist organizations to bring a wave of terrorist attacks of unprecedented magnitude and severity, committed by Palestinian terrorist organizations and even by their women and children. Suicide attacks have caused hundreds of deaths and thousands of injuries in Israel. Intifada killed more than 1,000 Israelis (mostly civilians) and injured around 6,000.

Of course there were a more lot of attacks and much genocide of the Palestinians scum to the israeli but everyone seems to have forgotten who the real bitch in the area…

Fact, Palestinians are scattered from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Algeria, Iraq, Kurdistan, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Sudan…
    .
Fact, Israeli Arabs are part of the Arab nation and have no own unique national characteristics. This approach also relies on cultural similarity that exists between the Palestinian residents of the West Bank and Gaza Arabs residents of the Kingdom of Transjordan and Arabs in Egypt and other Arab countries

Fact, Azmi Bishara, a Palestinian, said: “There is no Palestinian nation, has only Arab nation”.
There is no such thing as Palestinians as he said not me.

Palestinians have no history in Israel they had no kings, they had no exchange rate, give me a name of seaport or a king you had in israel? non …we israelis have a rich history here of kings and coins and anything that connects us to the land that belongs to us before the Arabs were exist … stay blind

you Go check the history? I’ll spare you there is nothing that connects the Palestinians to Israel… We have always been here, sometimes more sometimes less because of all kinds of difficult events in history but the fact is that everything here ours and more of our land have not yet returned to ourselves

  4. Marcel Murad says:

Ja? That’s a funny name for a clown

  5. Take is back, please! Hamas will only continue to use it as a vantage point for death and destruction. I’m sure the civilian would be happier to live in peace for a change.

  6. Depopulate all Arab occupied territory in Israel.

  7. hhh, I hope you’re pretty to make up for your stupidity…. Oh, you are. You could become a Jew and have babies that Hamas won’t put in front of them as they shoot!
