    Explanation for non-Hebrew speakers:

    A "Hakafa" is when we dance, sing and circle around the Synagogue on the holiday of Simchat Torah (tonight) with the Torah scrolls.

    A "Hatkafa" is an attack.

    The cartoon transposes the word Hakafa with Hatkafa with a phrase that will be repeated throughout the holiday celebrations.

    Good explanation, Stephen, but you forgot to mention the word 'rishona' – which means 'first.' There are seven hakafot with people holding Torah scrolls and singing while circling around the synagogue. What this is saying is – No more attacks beyond the first one (the drone was obliterated). Ad kan – 'up to here' – not beyond this point – no more after this.
