Conventional wisdom had long held that women should receive annual Pap smears, but in March, doctors announced the new guidelines suggesting that women receive a Pap smear once every three years.

You also don’t need a high-priced gym membership to achieve these goals. Any activity helps, including walking, running, cleaning the house, skiing, and swimming. The most important thing is to get in spurts of moving your body at peak intensity for a short period of time, several times a week.
