Black Panther Leader Wants State Within A State

Babu Omowale, the so-called national minister of defense for the People’s New Black Panther Party, says his group and allied organizations have their sights set on establishing “our own government in a nation within a nation.”

Omowale made this statement during an interview on this reporter’s talk radio program, “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” broadcast on New York’s AM 970 The Answer and News Talk 990 AM in Philadelphia.

Omowale used the interview to claim five states as belonging to the “Black Nation”: Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia.

The revolutionary stated: “We just need to start migrating back to those states and taking control of the economics in those states. If black people move in, most definitely white people will move out. So it’s not a hard process for us to have our own country within a country.”

Omowale is also co-founder of the Huey P. Newton Gun Club, a black militant gun group named after Black Panther Party founder Huey P. Newton. According to reports, Dallas shooter Micah X. Johnson “liked” the Huey P. Newton Gun Club, and Omawale has said that he recognized Johnson from black community events in Dallas.

Asked by this reporter what his group’s endgame is, Omowale replied: “The end game is land ownership. The endgame is our own government in a nation within a nation. Okay. So we claim the states of Louisiana, we claim the states of Mississippi, we claim the states of South Carolina, we claim the states of Alabama, and we claim the states of Georgia.”

Critical Portion Of Benghazi Report Was Redacted

A description of the alleged purpose of the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi was redacted by the Obama administration in the final Republican House Select Committee’s report on the September 11, 2012 terrorist attacks.

A spokesman for the Committee confirmed to this reporter that the administration “determined those words were classified and made the redaction.”

The description in question comes from a section of the report that cited an e-mail from the lead Diplomatic Security Agent at the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli, who wrote about the stated purpose of the U.S. Mission in Benghazi.

The lead agent wrote that the incoming Principal Officer, meaning the lead security agent in Benghazi, was under the impression that the U.S. Special Mission in Benghazi was there for “reporting,” ostensibly meaning reporting on information on the ground in Benghazi to the Tripoli Embassy.

The Benghazi report then quotes the e-mail response from the lead Diplomatic Security Agent at the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli, with one critical portion redacted. Missing is the word or words that cited the purpose of the Mission during that time period.

In an email to the diplomatic security agent in Benghazi, the Diplomatic Security Agent wrote: “[U]nfortunately, nobody has advised the PO that Benghazi is there to support [redacted] operations, not conduct substantive reporting.”

Hamas Foils ISIS Attack In Gaza

Hamas has foiled a large-scale attack on Gaza government institutions, facilities, and officials that was planned by Islamic State loyalists, a senior official in the movement told Breitbart Jerusalem.

Ten jihadi activists from the southern Gaza Strip were arrested by Hamas last Tuesday, the last day of Ramadan, and admitted that they had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the official disclosed.

Hamas police seized large sums of money and weapons that were presumably to be used against Hamas targets, the official said, predominantly the internal security department, which is in charge of imposing a ban on rocket fire.

Several Hamas officers have been accused of torturing the suspects.

The suspects allegedly admitted to having planned the attack independently of ISIS headquarters in Syria and Iraq, but were inspired by the organization and adhere to its ideology, the official said. Dozens of other jihadists who have gone underground are expected to be arrested over the coming days, as information on their whereabouts emerges from the investigation.

Last week, Breitbart Jerusalem reported that Hamas arrested six jihadists who returned from fighting for ISIS in the Sinai.

The six, who returned to Gaza separately, were sent by ISIS’s Sinai franchise to review the feasibility of setting up an ISIS chapter in the Strip that would attempt to unify all currently active Salafi organizations under the banner of ISIS, a Hamas official said.

The Sinai has become one of the region’s top ISIS zones. Breitbart Jerusalem reported that, in the month of April alone, 12 jihadists departed Gaza to join the Islamic State in the Sinai.

The recruitment of Gazan jihadists by ISIS in the Sinai comes after a top jihadist official threatened in a recent exclusive interview on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” that it is only a matter of time before the Islamic State’s branch in the Sinai carries out a “big operation” in the Israeli resort town of Eilat and other parts of southern Israel.

ISIS Finds Recruiting In West Difficult

ISIS has faced significant difficulties enlisting Western recruits, an Arab intelligence official has told Breitbart Jerusalem.

The organization has returned to its original recruitment material, alluding to a doomsday war that is to take place near Aleppo in Syria.

“In returning to its initial recruitment methods, IS signals that it seeks to return to propaganda that has proven itself, but mostly it reveals great distress,” the official said.

The main difficulties stem from successful anti-ISIS coordination between Western countries as well as between Europe and Middle Eastern countries, the official said.

The organization’s distress has prompted it, on the one hand, to carry out attacks that are much more violent, but also, on the other, to look for new potential arenas, like Jordan.

ISIS has focused its efforts on creating an infrastructure of sympathizers, supporters, and informants among Jordanian Salafi groups, one that would substitute for the lost infrastructure in Syria and Iraq.

In relation to this, the official added, the Jordanian security services have stepped up surveillance on Salafi strongholds such as Salt, Maan, Irbid, and Zarqa, the birthplace of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the mastermind behind the idea of an Islamic State.
