Jewish Press Radio with Yishai Fleisher: In the Eyes of the Rebbe

Yishai is joined by popular guest Baruch Widen (commentator on Arab society and Arab Jewish relations) to discuss a book by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson (the 7th Lubavitcher Rebbe) on settling the Land of Israel. Yishai and Widen dig into the phenomenon of young American Jews moving to the Land of Israel and how programs such as Birthright (Taglit) are actually decreasing the intermarriage rate among young Jews.

About the Author: Moshe Herman has been actively involved in Israel activism since founding the first pro-Israel student organization at Boise State University in 2007. He has been a member of several panels and discussion groups with topics ranging from interfaith dialogue in the Middle East to Israel’s importance as a Jewish state. Herman joined The Yishai Fleisher Show at the beginning of 2012 and currently resides in Jerusalem after making Aliyah in July 2013.

    Todah for an energizing show! I’d love to have been in the same room while you and Baruch Viden were discussing various topics. Just to feel this energy. Thank you SOOO Much. May we hear more of him. By the way – do you guys travel to the US to the Konfused State of Kalifornia? I’d love to see both of you in the Sonoma County (aka Wine Region) area to PLEASEEEEEEEE speak to the ostrich-like Jews who are silent as to the attrocities that is going on and supporting anti-Israel/Jewish groups like “J” Street.
