We must learn the language of prayer and follow the example of our father Jacob. Prior to his death he revealed to his children the secret of his strength, the secret of his triumph, and imparted to all of us an eternal message: “I defeated all my foes through the power of prayer.”
The time has come for Am Yisrael to return to Hashem and storm the Heavenly Gates with our voices. Indeed, the voice of prayer was the final factor that opened the iron gates of ancient Egypt: “And they cried out to Hashem.” That cry is our eternal cry. So let us gather as one and sound that cry, and if we do so we surely will be answered.Rebbetzin Esther Jungreis
