Sometimes we restrict ourselves from becoming more by self-imposed negative identities. This may be a result of feelings (I’m depressed) or messages we receive from others (Your lazy) or a life situation that you presently find yourself in (I’m an old maid). Yet, even if I define myself a certain way, that’s not who I have to be. How can I break myself free from a self-imposed restricted identity?

Join Rabbi David Aaron and Leora Mandel to learn the power of what we tell ourselves and how it effects how I and the world sees me.
