Yishai broadcasts from the Menachem Begin Center in Jerusalem, which recently hosted the Techelet Conference, dedicated to the discovery and research of the blue dyes used for Tzitzit. Yishai first interviews Dr. Baruch Sterman, author of The Rarest Blue, a book talking about the discovery of the dyes and the dedication to returning the stunning blue shade to regular Jewish life. At 18:40, Yishai moves on to talk to Dr. Issac Herzog, grandson of the former Chief Rabbi of the same name who was instrumental in the discovery and use of the dyes to dye Tzitzit. To end this segment, Yishai talks to Dr. Ari Greenspan, a Jerusalem dentist and one of the founders of the organization that put together this conference.
