According to a report on the Hebrew-language Ynet website, Amina Abbas underwent leg surgery on Friday under heavy security at Assuta hospital in Ramat Hachayal. The website said a security detail guarded her room at all times, and hospital officials were instructed to brush off questions by other patients in the ward about the patient in the heavily-guarded room.
