Two 10 year old Palestinian Arab terror trainees were caught hurling rocks Thursday after a Border Guard Police vehicle came under a hail of stones as officers patrolled the Jerusalem neighborhood of A-Tur.

The officers chased the attackers and only after catching up with them did they realize the perpetrators were only ten years old.

Both of the boys were arrested and authorities are now looking for their parents.

“This is not the first time younger Arab boys have been involved in rock throwing,” said a Border Guard Police spokesperson in Jerusalem who spoke with media. “More and more, we are encountering boys who are rioting at younger and younger ages and who are becoming involved in activities that threaten innocent lives.”

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu declared a war against those who hurl rocks and other types of deadly homemade ammunition at Israelis.

“We are also going to make changes in the ‘open fire’ policy, in the rules of minimum penalties, minimum sentences that apply to pipe bombs and rock-throwing,” Netanyahu said while touring the “terror hot spots” around Jerusalem where Arabs had attacked Jews this week.

“In addition, we will increase heavy fines for minors and their families in order to raise deterrence,” the prime minister said. “The State of Israel does not accept such behavior, not only in the Jerusalem are but also in the Galilee and the Negev. We are changing our policy on rock throwing and firebombing nationwide.”
