Over the past 24 hours, over 30 rockets have been fired from the Gaza Strip, hitting southern Israel.

According to the IDF Spokesperson, in response to recent events, overnight IAF aircraft targeted a weapons manufacturing facility, two weapons storage facilities, and two rocket-launching sites in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as a weapons storage facility and a terror activity site in the southern Gaza Strip. Direct hits were confirmed.

The Ma’an Palestinian news agency reported that Israeli tank shells killed 4 Palestinians and wounded 30 in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, according to medics and other witnesses.

Ahmad al-Dardasawi, 18, and Muhammad Hararah, 17, were killed in Gaza City, and two unidentified men later died from injuries sustained in the attack.

At least 26 people were wounded in the shelling, with 10 said to be in a serious condition.

Saturday, November 10, the IDF targeted a rocket launching squad in the northern Gaza Strip moments after it fired rockets towards southern Israel. A direct hit was confirmed.

Some 25 rockets had been fired from the Gaza Strip have hit southern Israel.

At 9:15 PM, Saturday, a battery of the Iron Dome anti-missile defense system intercepted a rocket over the Israeli city of Ashdod a short time ago. Another rocket fell in an open area near Ashdod. So far, eight rockets have been fired into Israel in the past hour.

At 9:00 PM, Terrorists fired a number of rockets at southern Israel this evening. The Home Front Command has directed residents of communities near the Gaza Strip to remain within 15 seconds from protected areas and not to remain in open areas. Should they hear any explosion or red alert, these residents should immediately enter a protected area and wait for further instructions.

At 7:30 PM, an anti-tank missile was fired at an IDF patrol along the security fence in the northern Gaza Strip. Four soldiers were injured as a result.

In response, the IDF targeted several sites in the Gaza Strip.

IDF Spokesperson Yoav (Poly) Mordechai called the attack on IDF soldiers “very serious,” saying that “we hold Hamas responsible for this incident.”

The incident followed the explosion of a tunnel containing explosives on Thursday (November 8) during activity carried out by IDF forces in southern Gaza intended to locate terrorists’ explosives.

The Popular Resistance Committees said it had fired four rockets at communities close to the border and the towns of Sderot and Netivot in southern Israel, in what it called “the revenge invoice” for the deaths in Gaza.

“Revenge Invoice” is a loose translation of “Tag Mechir,” or price-tag, which has been used by Israeli youths in attacks on Arab and Arab-sympathizer property.
