Residents of Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood protested at the traffic circle at the entrance Tzur Baher, where Alexander Levlovitz was murdered by Arab terrorists.

The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) announced Saturday night that four Israeli Arab minors have been arrested in connection with the Rosh Hashana terror attack that killed Jerusalemite Alexander Levlovitz.

The four Arab teens are accused of hurling rocks at Levlovitz’s car as he drove in the Arnona neighborhood in southern Jerusalem, causing him to lose control of the vehicle.
