U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is skipping over Israel because of the government coalition uncertainty, but Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will catch up him in Saudi Arabia Monday.

A PA official said Abbas will take the opportunity to “present the Palestinian point of view to the new US administration ahead of Obama’s visit,” assuming a government coalition will be in place by the scheduled March 20 arrival of the President.
