Yitzchak Herzog and Tzipi Livni can’t catch a break.

The two thought they were being smart when they decided to change the name of the Labor party to “The Zionist Camp”, but Bayit Yehudi candidate Ronen Shoval filed an appeal on Thursday with the judge of Central Elections Committee claiming the party is misleading the public with false claims, and the evidence he brought were the anti/post-Zionist statements of the former Labor party’s own top candidates.

But that’s minor compared to the internal problems the Zionist Camp faces.

JewishPress.com reported that the former Labor party wasn’t using their new name in their Arab advertising, but apparently that’s not enough for the Labor party’s Arab members.

The Arab members of Labor gave Herzog an ultimatum on Saturday.

They told Herzog that all of the former Labor party’s Arabs will vote for another party if the name is not changed immediately from the Zionist Camp.

Knesset Member Raleb Majadla, the Arab sector’s representative in the Labor party said, “We support the Labor party, not the Zionist Camp.”

He added they will tell voters to vote for the Joint Arab List, and will even boycott the former Labor party.

Apparently the Arabs believe that all these years they were voting for Labor, they were not voting for a Zionist party.
