The beheaded and dismembered woman, found in a suitcase in Tel Aviv, was identified as Romanian foreign worker, Ilona Denise. She worked as a care-taker, but was illegally in Israel after her visa expired.
Police arrested her Turkish lover before his planned flight out of Israel and back to Turkey.
The alleged murderer, Ayden Demiran spent his weeks in Kfar Kassem, and his weekends in Tel Aviv with Denise.
He reportedly confessed to the crime, but claimed self-defense. He allegedly dismembered her, when her body didn’t fit in the suitcase.
Police found the rest of her body parts near the suitcase.
