An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale rattled Eilat on Monday morning at around 4:30 AM.

The epicenter was around 100 miles south of Eilat in the Sinai.

Tremors were felt in Eilat and the Negev.

There were no injuries or damage.
