Farrakhan Says Kanye West Need not Apologize in Jewish Flap

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan told rapper Kanye West not to apologize or bow to pressure over remarks that were called “classic anti-Semitism” by the Anti-Defamation League.

“You are telling Kanye West he should know better,” Farrakhan said on Saturday during a weekly address for the Nation of Islam, directing his words at ADL National Director Abraham Foxman. “He does know better, and that’s why he said what he said.”

West, defending President Obama’s difficulty in passing his policies, said in an interview late last month on the New York City radio station WWPR-FM, “Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people.”

Foxman called the statement “classic anti-Semitism, adding: “There it goes again, the age-old canard that Jews are all-powerful and control the levers of power in government. As a celebrity with a wide following, Kanye West should know better. We hope that he will take responsibility for his words, understand why they are so offensive, and apologize to those he has offended.”

Farrakhan, taking further about Foxman, said, “I wish you and I could have a dialogue. You wouldn’t pull that small-time stuff on me.”

Why does anyone care what either of these morons think?

  2. what the hell does farakhan know about anything?he may have killed malcolm x.

  3. That is like the wolf telling the other wolf not to say he is sorry for killing his prey, which is the wolf’s nature. Farrakhan is an anti-semite, so it perfectly fits his hateful agenda.

  4. Whatever happened to Mel Gibson? Maybe they should look at who is really running things and they have no connections with.

  5. Ben II says:

Farrakhan is a terrorist who should be swinging from a tree.

  6. Alan Kardon says:

Garbage creates more garbage. They are incapable of doing anything positive for whomever they represent so they blame others for their failures.

  7. oh. i thought farrakan was dead. he stinks like he is.

  8. Send Farrakhan and West to Benya's mama!

  9. Yechiel Baum says:

how come farrakan did not go the mendalla's funeral and join the zoo of attendees who were there? It wasn't a mandel funderal so he had nothing to fear except from the arabs in attenence considering how many blacks they can abduct and sell into slavery to other arabs. He is some coward!

  10. Everybody seems to forgive Kanye when he says this stuff even when he doesn't apologize. I think we just accept the fact that he's an idiot who's going to say idiotic things…there seems to be a trend though, that when you say stuff like this and you happen to be a certain shade of tan, you can get away with saying the most racist things.

Reading all these comments, I am confused as whom is anti- whom? It looks like the bigotry goes both ways! So, who should apologize to whom?
