Telecommunications giant Deutsche Telekom, car-maker BMW, restaurant chain Vapiano, and supermarket chain Rewe have all stopped advertising on Breitbart News, following the example of Kellogg’s, which said its values did not match Breitbart’s content, Deutsche Welle reported. The website, whose former CEO Steve Bannon has been picked as President-Elect Donald Trump, reacted with a string of anti-Kellogg’s articles accusing the cereal company of having a “far-left” agenda and calling for its boycott.

Vapiano, the German fast casual restaurant chain offering Italian food across Europe and the US, told the AP it is pulling its ads because “the positions held by Breitbart.com contrast with Vapiano’s values, such as openness and tolerance.”

A representative for Deutsche Telekom, owner of T-mobile, the third-largest wireless carrier in the US, told DW they “very much regret” that their ads appeared on Breitbart in the first place. Deutsche Telekom “does not tolerate discriminatory actions or statements in any way,” and so “we reacted immediately, taken the ads off and put the site on a blacklist.”

It should be noted that on Wednesday the T-mobile stock soared as a result of an announcement by Donald Trump and Japanese billionaire Masayoshi Son, who owns Sprint USA, of a pending merger between the two telecom giants.

Kellogg’s causes, far-left or not, include Save the Children Fund, Ms. Foundation for Women, and the World Wildlife Fund.
