Hamas is planning to put an end to collaboration with Israel by its citizens by simply killing them, perhaps by hanging them for the public to see. The policy of simply killing those who try to help Israel with information on intended terrorist attacks would end the phenomenon, according to Hamas’ thinking.

Executions are not new for Hamas, but the terrorist organization that rules Gaza now is boasting that it will return to the policy, with one leader urging public hangings.

Hamas managed to revolt the world last year by publicly executing several alleged collaborators and then dragging bodies tied to motorcycles, through the public streets.

Salah Addin Abu Sharkh, director of internal security at the Interior Ministry, said the government had “a clear goal and several means to eradicate this dangerous epidemic,” including executing convicted collaborators.

An anti-collaboration campaign, from mid-March to mid-May netted several suspects, and two men are on death row.

Hamas court official Khaled el-Batash told a Hamas media outlet that courts should be allowed carry out their own rulings by employing police to publicly hang collaborators.
