The Hamas terrorist government in Gaza has shut down the Bethlehem-based Ma’an News Agency and the Al-Arabiya satellite channel bureaus in Gaza, Ma’an reported. It said that Hamas officials questioned its Gaza bureau chief over an article translated from an Israeli newspaper reporting that six Muslim Brotherhood smuggled themselves into Gaza to plan an uprising against the Egyptian military.

The news agency was accused of spreading lies.
