Israeli police stationed in Hebron watched as the Arab wedding procession drove by and then noticed something strange, according to a Tazpit report.

The car the bride and groom were driving had Israeli license plates, but all the other vehicles in the wedding procession had Palestinian Authority plates.

A quick computer check determined that the wedding vehicle had been stolen from the town of Kiryat Gat.

Police stopped the wedding procession and pulled over the happy couple’s vehicle to talk with the groom and his very pregnant bride on their way to getting married.

The bride said she didn’t feel well from the stress, the police called it in, and a Red Crescent ambulance came and took her to the hospital.

The groom on the other hand was taken to the police station for interrogation regarding the stolen Israeli vehicle he was driving.

When he gets out of jail they might already be handing out cigars.
