A 60 year old Jewish man was hit by a car in a hit and run on Monday afternoon near Migdalim (Tzomet Alon) in the Shomron. The victim was evacuated from the scene by helicopter to Beilinson hospital with a serious head injury. He is currently on a respirator.
Police suspect it may have been a run-over terror attack.
