Fadi Arouri is a rabidly anti-Israel 'anti-normalization' photojournalist and works for a "humanitarian" NGO.

The video message ended with Mohammad telling his aunt that “we don’t need traitors in our parliament.”

Arouri posted on his Facebook page a news article with the two videos of Mohammad Zoabi, the one condemning the kidnapping of the boys and the other criticizing Hanin Zoabi.

Above the article, Arouri posted:

Hey boys, we want someone to kidnap him and bring him to Ramallah. I swear I will let Abu al-Abed have fun on him and it’s ok if he violates Ramadan this year.

Abu al-Abed is a fictional character in Arabic lore who is portrayed as enjoying having intimate relations with young boys.

The people commenting on Arouri’s Facebook page are very supportive of the idea.

As an aggressive activist, Arouri’s 4 month entry permit which was issued in January of 2014 was revoked after just three months. But Arouri got around that by applying for a different permit as an employee of the NGO Gvc Onlus, which he received.

Gvc Onlus is an international NGO based in Italy and operating in what they call the “Occupied Palestinian territories” providing support to the people living in the “West Bank” and Gaza since 1995.

Arouri’s job description sounds tailor made for him. It includes “advocacy and visibility activities.”

Why would someone so adamantly opposed to any cooperation with Israel do anything that both brings him into Israel and for which he needs the Israeli government’s approval.

But the real conundrum is why the government of Israel would provide a permit for someone like him who is “advocating and visibly acting” on his desire to have a loyal Israeli citizen abducted and sexually abused.

So Arouri is not complicit in the death of abu Khaider, but his call for the abduction and sexual abuse of a different Arab Israeli teenager should be an eye opener to westerners. And maybe it should disqualify him from the privilege of working in Israel.
