Thick smoke from 10,000 burning tires on April 6, 2018 masked the identities of those who were engaged in trying to breach the security fence along the Gaza border.

The Israel Defense Forces has announced it will launch an investigation into the deaths of more than two dozen Gazans who died in clashes with the Israeli military over the past 10 days.

The deaths occurred during two rounds of major riots and numerous continued smaller-scale “demonstrations” led by Hamas at the Gaza border.
