IDF Sappers Disable Explosives Near Gaza Security Fence
According to the IDF Spokesperson, sappers were called to disassemble an explosive device planted adjacent to the security fence outside the Gaza strip.
“This incident proves, yet again, that terror organizations, headed by Hamas, use the area adjacent to the security fence in order to carry out terror attacks against Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers,” said a statement released by the IDF Spokesperson’s Office. “The explosive device was placed under the cover of fog at the end of last week. IDF soldiers’ alertness prevented a terror attack aimed at them.”
