An IDF fighter pilot struck “near” a terrorist squad Wednesday afternoon as the operatives were launching more firebomb balloons at southern Israel from Gaza.
No injuries were reported in the attack and all personnel returned safely to base.

Israeli military forces also spotted a terrorist attempting to destroy the security fence along the Gaza border, and attack IDF soldiers.
The terrorist was captured with a backpack in which he was carrying a weapon, wire cutters and other materials. He was transferred to the custody of security personnel for further investigation and interrogation.
