A Hebron home hit by a Hamas rocket on July 12, 2014.

The IDF will be providing instructions to Palestinian Authority residents of Judea and Samaria on what to do in case of a Hamas missile attack from Gaza aimed at their settlements….

Historically, many PA residents have gone up to their roofs to cheer when rockets fly overhead.

On Saturday night, Hamas rockets hit PA-controlled Hebron and Bethlehem.
