Palestinian Civil Affairs Minister Hussein al-Sheikh said that dozens of bodies will be turned over to the Palestinian Authority because of the resumption of direct PA-Israel talks, which were resumed only after the government agreed to free 26 terrorists convicted of murder and attempted murder.
