500 Israeli-Arabs were protesting on Saturday evening in Arara, and Arab village in the North. It was organized by the Balad party and the Palestinian Prisoner’s movement.

They were protesting that the continued imprisonment  of Maher and Kareem Younis. The two were arrested and given life sentences for the murder of IDF soldier Avi Bromberg 30 years ago.

The protest was against the Israeli government for not  releasing them in the Shalit deal, and against Hamas for not getting any Israeli-Arab prisoners released.
