Father Nadaf is a strong supporter of Arab Christians joining the IDF and is considered the spiritual father of the Israeli Christians in the IDF. He has been attacked repeatedly because of his support of Israel, his family has been attacked and threatened, and the church has even threatened to excommunicate him.
