A Petach Tikva court has ordered the immediate release of Boaz Albert of Yitzhar.

Albert, a father of 6, had received an administrative order to stay out of the Shomron and away from his home in Yitzhar, but he illegally returned to be with his family and tend to his vineyard. The family has not been told why there is an adminstrative order distancing him from his home and the Shomron.

The police occasionally use distancing orders against Jews in the Shomron without explanation and based on secret evidence. It is almost impossible to fight these orders once given.

Overnight, police burst into the Albert home and violently beat him up, shocked him multiple times with a taser gun, and arrested him, even as he did not resist at all.

The “Yassam” police attacked him in front of his children who were traumatized by what they say.

Despite Albert being completely passive and not resisting arrest, as well as begging them to stop, the police shocked him multiple times with the taser gun.

In the video below, you can hear, once removed from the house, how the police resume tasering Boaz Albert, as neighbors yell out to the police to stop as he isn’t doing anything.

And the whole world can see this- and the ONE above too-for sure!

  2. Such is the conduct of the police that will lead to a 'leaderless insurrection' in Israel against the tyranny of the 'secret' indictment and complaint based on some fraud's notion of justice and correct behavior…the settlers are true heroes to Israel, their conduct is sacrosanct and the very soul of our nation.

  3. Linda Carol Barton Duvall says:

I have witnessed many times when a criminal is caught. He want to hurt others and will protest and resist being arrested himself or similar force while being arrested. All a criminal has to do, is not resist being arrested or to stop doing crimes.

If that is how we treat our own … why would you expect any better from an Arab !!!!!
Give me those cops in Chicago just for one day … I’ll just betcha I’d change their attitude.

Another example why the Israelis act as if everyone had gone insane in that country. This story is simply too shocking to view as it clearly shows Israel to be a pariah in the world.

  6. Civilized and democratic state cannot deal in such manner with their own peaceful citizens. This is kind of KGB abuse of power, torture, humiliation and human rights violation. Shame on you, Israeli special police force.

Looks like this is some of the bad habits that some Jews picked up from Easten Europe, and are now using it on their fellow Jewish Brothers.

  8. What I dont understand??? is this allowed by the Gov. of Netanyahu, or is this done as Israeli's police as being their own entity? If its Gov. Then I suggest that Netanyahu, should be careful, YHVH is not happy when it comes to dragging out ISRAELI's in their OWN land out of their own homes/land, by other Israeli's (Jews) or Netanyahu will end up like Sharon. I do not pray nor wish harm to any Israeli's but yet, Israel's gov? of police allow the Western Wall be closed down to Jews but not Arabs and then this? This is just not right. I pray for all of you in Israel, please do not do things such as what I just witnessed on Video. Let YHVH lead you, guard and protect you, not the whims of this world. Shalom from USA /charmm
