A Petach Tikva court has ordered the immediate release of Boaz Albert of Yitzhar.
Albert, a father of 6, had received an administrative order to stay out of the Shomron and away from his home in Yitzhar, but he illegally returned to be with his family and tend to his vineyard. The family has not been told why there is an adminstrative order distancing him from his home and the Shomron.
The police occasionally use distancing orders against Jews in the Shomron without explanation and based on secret evidence. It is almost impossible to fight these orders once given.
Overnight, police burst into the Albert home and violently beat him up, shocked him multiple times with a taser gun, and arrested him, even as he did not resist at all.
The “Yassam” police attacked him in front of his children who were traumatized by what they say.
Despite Albert being completely passive and not resisting arrest, as well as begging them to stop, the police shocked him multiple times with the taser gun.
