Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will meet on Sunday with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, in Amman, Palestinian source told AFP.
On Wednesday, East Jerusalem-based Arab newspaper Al Quds wrote that Kerry will come to the region next week, in an attempt to find a formula that would allow the resumption of peace negotiations.
According to the Al Quds story, Abbas would be willing to meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu, if Israel will release 120 prisoners jailed for security violations since before the signing of the Oslo Accords.
