The Lebanese soldier who shot and killed IDF Staff Sergeant Shlomi Cohen (31) on Sunday handed himself over to Lebanese army authorities on Monday.

In an unusual move, Israeli officers are set to meet with UN personnel and Lebanese officers on Monday afternoon to discuss the attack.
