Foreign Minister Liberman said today that the Palestinian Authority owes Israel NIS 1.6 Billion. The money is owed for electric, water, other services, as well as for an advance from Israel.

Liberman said that Israel will withhold the transfer of tax revenue it collects on the PA’s behalf for the next 4 months, and use that to cover the outstanding debts
