Livni Shoots in Every Direction

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni who headed up the Peace Talks is shooting in every direction, laying blame on everyone for the failed talks.

In an Israel Channel 2 interview she said the US’s intense involvement got in the way, and said the US was acting as a proxy negotiator, instead of letting the two sides talk directly.

Livni blamed Minister Uri Ariel of Bayit Yehudi for releasing 700 building tenders in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Gilo and over the Green Line, saying that helped torpedo the talks.

Uri Ariel responded to Livni’s attack, advising Livni to look into the wisdom of our sages, who said, “The sign of wisdom is silence.”
