Pacifists Across North America March Against Iran Confrontation

Pacifists across North America demonstrated against possible military intervention in Iran on Saturday, in what they dubbed a “Day of Mass Action”.

Demonstrations took place in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington, among others. In Canada protests were held in Vancouver and Calgary.

Hundreds of protesters in New York City marched to the US mission to the UN and then to the Israeli consulate led by a banner reading “No war, no sanctions, no intervention, no assassinations.”

Debra Sweet, director of “The World Can’t Wait” organization, told AFP at the protest that “the actions of the Iranian government in no way justify a US war on Iran.”

Debra Sweet should be told the future war with iran is to prevent a greater tyranny in the future. The goal of islamist is to conquer the world for their religion. If Debra Sweet likes tyranny so much, maybe someone should talk to her about moving to Iran. Debra Sweet, should realize some women should stay home baking cookies and raising babies I suspect she is one of these. BEST WISHES (BE SAFE)CB
