It isn't clear why TheMarker, owned by Haaretz, is so upset with the special treatment awarded these rabbis, other than the fact that, in Israel's secular media market, mentioning a special treatment to religious leaders is like throwing a slab of red meat to a pack of dogs.

On Saturday night, a Palestinian Authority terrorist shot towards the entrance of the town of Migdal Oz in Gush Etzion. The shooting was done with a homemade gun. Three shots were fired. IDF forces captured the terrorist, and no one was injured in the attack.
