Did Sen. John Kerry try to disguise a letter of support he wrote for a recent pro-Hamas march to the Gaza Strip that included former Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers and was organized by the radical activist organization Code Pink?

Big Government.com obtained the letter from Kerry’s officein support of a “humanitarian delegation from Massachusetts” to Gaza.

The ambiguously phrased letter does not mention which delegation Kerry is referencing, aside from stating it will be traveling “from December 27th to January 15th.”

Those were the general dates of Code Pink’s solidarity trip to the Gaza Strip.

“I respectfully request that every courtesy be given the members of the delegation during their visit. My staff has met with members of the group and is impressed with their ability, dedication and commitment to the peace process,” Kerry wrote.

Kerry’s letter was used by Code Pink founder Jodie Evans in an attempt to enter the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip to join in solidarity with the territory’s population and leadership. This column previously reported Evans and her group, which included Ayers and his Weather Underground co-founder wife, Bernardine Dohrn, provoked chaos on the streets of Egypt after the governmentthere would not allow her full group to enter neighboring Gaza.

Evans was a fundraiser and financial bundler for Obama’s presidential campaign. Her group was formed in 2002 to protest America’s war in Iraq. Code Pink previously met with Hamas and with leaders of the Taliban.

Images of the letter were posted on the Electronic Intifada website run by Ali Abunimah, who was with Evans group in Egypt. WND previously reportedObama spoke at pro-Palestinian events in the 1990s alongside Abunimah. In one such event, a 1999 fundraiser for Palestinian “refugees,” Abunimah recalls introducing Obama on stage.

National Union Official Looking
To Add Immigrants To Voting Base

Granting citizenship to millions of illegal immigrants would expand the “progressive” electorate and help ensure a “progressive” governing coalition for the long term, declared a recent adviser to President Obamawhose union group is among the most frequent visitors to the White House.

“We reform the immigration laws, it puts 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually voters,” stated Eliseo Medina, international executive vice-president of Service Employees International Union, or SEIU.

Medina was speaking at a June 2009 Washington conference for the liberal America’s Future Now! Audio of his speech was obtained by this reporter’s new WABC radio show.

Medina said that during the presidential election in November 2008, Latinos and immigrants “voted overwhelmingly for progressive candidates. Barack Obama got two out of every three voters that showed up.”

“Can you imagine if we have, even the same ratio, two out of three? Can you imagine 8 million new voters who care about our issues and will be voting? We will be creating a governing coalition for the long term, not just for an election cycle.”

The SEIU is closely linked to the controversial Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. SEIU President Andrew Stern was the most frequently logged White House visitor, according to an official list released in October.

Medina and the SEIU are top supporters of Illinois Rep. Luis Gutierrez’s Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America’s Security and Prosperity Bill, which seeks to document up to 12 million illegal immigrants inside the U.S. During the most recent presidential campaign, Medina and Gutierrez served on Obama’s National Latino Advisory Council.

Effort To Rebuild Temple Exposed As Hoax

A Rockefeller is raising capital to rebuild the Jewish Temple, said the news release published on CNN Money’s Internet site and other news sources. The plan would include a united Jewish and Palestinian Arab state. A Jewish group promoting the rebuilding of the Temple was reported to be cooperating.

The story spread virally through the evangelical Christian blogosphere. But it was all part of an elaborate hoax.

The release, filed with MarketWire and republished at CNNMoney.com,claims “Supriem David Rockefeller” is director of a company, Kinti Holdings group, which is working with the Temple Institute, a Jewish Temple organization, to rebuild the Third Temple.

Richman, international director of the Temple Institute, told this column the release is a “scam.”

Stated Richman: “The claims made by these men … are false and malicious, and their apparent intentions are to take advantage of the Temple Institute’s sincere supporters and rob them of funds. The Temple Institute advises its friends and supporters to avoid being taken in by this scam.”

Van Jones, Former Obama Appointee,
Had Links To Jimmy Carter And A Kennedy

While leading a communist revolutionary organization that opposed the U.S. government, President Obama’s controversial former “green jobs” czar, Van Jones, was honored by and maintained a working relationship with Mary Kerry Kennedy, the activist daughter of Robert F. Kennedy.

Jones also received an award during his communist leadership period from a group on which former President Jimmy Carter served as an adviser.

In the 1990s, Jones was the leader and founder of a radical group, the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM. The group’s official manifesto, “Reclaiming Revolution,” boasted “we also saw our brand of Marxism as, in some ways, a reclamation.” The group called for “resistance” against the “oppressive” U.S. regime.

STORM was founded in 1994 and disbanded in 2003. Jones went on to found the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, named after a little-known civil rights firebrand and socialist activist.

In 1998, both Carter and Kerry Kennedy were on the board of the Reebok Human Rights Awards, which selected Jones as one of four activists from around the world to receive its annual award. Van Jones appeared at multiple functions throughout the 1990’s with Kerry Kennedy.
