On Secretary Kerry's 12th visit to the region, he will face some harsh backbiting, albeit underhanded, from Prime Minister Netanyahu. It's already starting, and it ain't pretty.

This ultimate secrecy also suggests, according to Bibi’s senior team, that nothing is going to come out of all these talks. The Arabs won’t accept the deal, any deal, and so, in the end, there will be no concessions or expulsions of Jewish towns and villages.

And that part, that optimistic note, is not intended for Kerry. It’s intended to lull the fears of the Jews living in Judea and Samaria.
