The entrance to the Samaria Military Court

Border Police and IDF Military Police stationed at the checkpoint by the entrance to the Samaria Military Court on Sunday morning arrested a terrorist who was carrying an explosive device on his person, News 0404 reported.

A police sapper is working to neutralize the device. The entrance to the court has been closed.
