Terrorist Who Murdered Daphna Meir HY”D Captured Alive

It’s now permitted to publish that the terrorist who murdered Daphna Meir in Otniel, was captured in a joint operation between the Shabak and the IDF.

The terrorist, age 16, is a resident of one of the Arab settlements near Otniel. He has been transferred to the Shabak for interrogation.

Daphna Meir was a mother to six, and the terrorist stabbed her to death in front of three of her children, before escaping from Otniel.
