The Hareidi party, UTJ, proposed a bill in the Knesset calling for new elections to be held within 90 days.

The bill, drafted by MK Uri Maklev, and signed by all the UTJ members, stated that the results of the elections were too inconclusive, the current configuration is not governable, and too many inexperienced newcomers made it into Knesset who are motivated by hatred, and want to boycott minorities.
