We Love Drudge!

Website Service Interruption

We apologize to everyone who had problems accessing JewishPress.com yesterday.

One of our articles was picked up by the Drudge Report, and at the peak, our servers were were trying to deliver an estimated 60,000+ pageviews an hour as people repeatedly tried to access the article, which is definitely more than our current capacity to deliver – so as you can imagine, the site slowed down, a bit.

In fact, this was far more traffic than the Denial of Service attack JewishPress.com successfully overcame before Pesach.

It was pretty cool to watch from the back-end of the system.

We certainly hope this happens again soon (and we thank Drudge for the link), and are quickly working on a solution to handle traffic peaks like that, so site access won’t be limited in the future.

I truly pray (I'm an athiest being poetic) that you get infinitely more readership. The evil against Israel is like nothing in world history how they hijacked the entire Left of the world with the greatest evil in human history by far.

  2. Adam Auach says:

And you know the evil American and British secret services are watching and blowing out of proportion everything you do, like the perfect culmination of pure perfect evil antisemitism, far scarier than anything any Arab or Iranian had ever done. They are also secretly helping them hurt you. The 600 million known and billions hidden given to the terrorists is scary.

  3. Patrick Williams says:

Mariam, it was the article about college students playing a beer pong game but designating it "Jews" vs "Nazis". You can click on the word "article" in blue in this article and it takes you to the story.

  4. Steve Moyer says:

Stop being so damn interesting. :^) My browser timed out waiting on the site most of yesterday afternoon.
