Arab Knesset Member Haneen Zoabi and her Balad party colleague Jamal Zahalka belted out the Palestinian Authority national anthem at a “victory” rally in support of Hamas near Haifa on Friday.
The two legislators from the same party that bred the traitor and former MK Azmi Bishara, indicted for spying for Hezbollah before he fled the country, told the rally of approximately 2,000 people that they support the “resistance.” United Arab party MK Ibrahim Sarsur, another Fifth Column legislator, also was present.
Palestinian Authority flags were prominent, and a moment of silence was held for Gaza killed in the Operation Protective Edge counter-terror campaign.
The event at the Kabul Regional Council was organized by the Monitoring Committee of the Israeli Arab Leadership, which actively backs Hamas and promotes the idea of the Jewish State of Israel being “replaced with a bi-national state.”
The paper states that the Arab public is willing to see Israel as a ‘joint nation’ for two peoples, but does not recognize Israel’s Jewish character.
Zoabi never missing the opportunity to use Israeli media to show everyone how much she hates Israel, told Channel 2 television that the “resistance” will stop when there is no “occupation.”
She said she couldn’t care less about charges that her constant encouragement of violence is incitement because it is the “right of Palestinians” to fight against the “occupation,” the magic word that justifies anything and everything that can lead to the end of Israel as a Jewish state.
Yisrael Beitenu MK Alex Miller responded that he thinks that Zoabi should be placed in a mental institution, but why should she be allowed to drive crazy people even crazier when she can test the limits of Israel’s sanity?
The poor woman has complained of being persecuted mercilessly for her racism, but don’t forget that the end justifies the means when it comes to backing the “resistance,” one of those non-violent words for violence that Zoabi said she opposed.
Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein wants Zoabi indicted for her having called Israeli Arab police officers “traitors” and urging people to spit in their faces.
Zoabi and her two Balad party companions recently traveled to Qatar to visit Bishara, who received money for handing over information to Hezbollah while the terrorist organization was pounding northern Israel with missiles in the Second Lebanon War in 2006.
Zoabi lives in Nazareth. She is an Israeli citizen. She serves in the Israeli Knesset. God willing she also will serve time in an Israeli jail.
